Print Task Callback V2 [For Self-Service Kiosks Only]

Receive job and dispensing updatesHandle completion, pause, failure and dispensing using the V2 definitions.

What do I need before starting?

Confirm the kiosk client version, product and channel setup, inventory and callback endpoint. Channels apply only to supported self-service devices.

V2 and legacy callbacks use different status values. Confirm the required client version before using V2.

Task Callbacks: Third-party platforms are required to configure a callback URL within the Open Platform. Subsequently, whenever the status of a print task is updated, the Open Platform will push the task information to this URL in real-time, enabling the third party to perform necessary follow-up processing.

Note: This feature is available only after upgrading to or installing the latest version of the Cloud Print client. (You may verify the client version with the official technical support team.)
